Please help me.EEA

Good morning and thanks for the good work
you put in every other day.
Pls my questions is after a divorce .
When the RC expires . My question what is Ho going to issue back?
Is it another RC for 5 years or permanent residence?
Pls someone should explain because am about to apply and i want to know.
Pls obie and members pls help me

After the divorce depending of how long you have been married or if the EEA has been exercising treaty right during divorce period, you are supposed to apply for Retention of Right of Residence on form EEA2. For people to give you more help you will need to give more details of your situation with date.............

Thank u so much for your reply.
Am EEA as been exercising treaty rights since 2009 before we divorce in 2014.
Have got some documents and pay slips to aadd. So what's next pls? And what other documents will i need because my ex is not willing to help me.

Your question here seems confusing, if you are EEA national, you don't need any documents from you ex spouse to apply for PR, what you need is proof of exercising treaty rights for 5 years or proof that you are present in UK for that period.
Some contributors even said you don't need to apply for PR if you are EEA national, you can apply for citizenship directly, only if you satisfied the conditions above, but might take a bit longer to grant your application.

I got my RC Oct 2010 and it's ending
sept 2014.
My degree absolute was on July 2014.
