Well where to start.
Im Polish, so EEA citizen and my husband is Algerian so non-EEA. We've got married 21.04.2012 and in September 2012 she was issued with residency card for 5 years.
I came to UK in 07.2011 and in October 2011 i started working full time. I was working till January 2013. I had to stop because company i was working in moved outside London and also i've got pregnant. Meanwhile my husband started working as a chef in October 2012. Our baby was born 28.06.2013. So from February 2013 till now so November 2014 im staying home mum. I want to start working with beginning 2015.
My question would be: is the year i've already worked in UK will be counting to the 5 years when we gonna apply for ILR or it would have to start again when i start working again.
Normally we could apply in 2017 but i think we will have to wait till 2019 at least.
Could somebody help me with all this things i feel lost

I would like to add that i am not registrate in Job center during my home staying. And that we receiving house benefit and child tax credit
