Hello

I am sure this question is been asked few times but can someone please advise me on the following

I am non eea national married to eea national and I am in UK on family permit which expires in March 2015

Now I was under the impression that I need to apply for ILR and do life in UK and english test etc

But I read on this website that I can apply for EEA PR instead and it will cost only £55 and no need to do the tests, its not I am scared os tests its just...you know what I mean...

Also my wife still holds Polish passport and is in UK for almost 10 years..can she apply for citizenship or she has to go through EEA PR route

Once I get my EEA PR....how long I will have to wait to apply for UK citizenship and I believe I will have take those tests...

As I said my EEA Family permit is expiring in March (5 years) can I apply for EEA PR a month or 2 before or I have to wait until my visa expires.

Thanks in advance for the help....
