Hi everybody Im very annoyed of a situaztion im going througth right now with UKBA...basiclly they issued my EEA visa card with wrong name few months back and after sevaral months of calls and complaints i sent them back the documents and they did the same mistake again and again 3 times! Im so annoyed and really feel like they are taking the p***s.
Is it possible to take legal actions again the UKBA?
Has enybody ever done that before?
