eea3 ,two qualified person,urent response please

hello everyone and thanks in advance,i am writing regarding my wife and her mum,they both are qualified person,they want to apply for permanent resident , as i form can use by few family member, but if both are qualified then who will put detail in section 7 .section 7 is about 5 years treaty right ? we recently apply for our daughter British passport through five year of treaty right,she has given the British passport ,can we apply together is same form ? should i submit daughter passport as well to help case worker that i am qualified person ?
please help as we are filling the form .

Since the cost of application will be the same either applying together or separately, therefore, applying PR separately to avoid the confusion will be more wise.

Ok when I apply do I need to send daughter passport along eea3 form ? As my daughter get passport through five year treaty rights may be it help case worker ?

If the application form does not ask for that then it will be an unnecessary document.

Ok thanks ,we thought it might help the case worker as we proof five years to Durham passport office before they issue our daughter british passport

What do you mean - both are qualified person? Are they both EEA national and both worked for 5 continuous years?

Yes that's rights both work for five years even more may be 8 year's
