Dear Memebers,
i have few question regarding the EEA4 Application .First i will describe the background.
EEA National started working for Employer April 2009, WRS issued in Marc2010.She still works for the same employer.
I Non EEA national got married to my wife ( EEA National ) Jan 2010.
The time we got married we were renting a room , all the bills were paid by landlord.
Jan 2011 we moved and rented the house , we have all the bills from jan 2011.
EEA National Documents:
1, Bank statements for 5 years , the problem is , she had from 1 bank account from when she started working covering first two years and then she opened another account with different bank and transfer the pay details to that account.
" Would it be problem having statements from two different banks covering the 5 years period "
2. She have all the P60's and Pay Slips covering 5 years ( Except 2010 , she have certified copy of P60 2010, and she have only 3 pay slips 2010)
"Would it create any issue with home office that it is certified copies for 2010 pay slips and P60 "
3.EEA national is contracted to 9 hrs/week , but she never worked less then 15 to 20 hrs / week .
" Would this 9hrs /week will be a problem"

NON EEA me working full time from last 5 years. And I also have completed my 10 years in UK this June 2014.

Regards

Hi guys, i would like to ask a question under this title.I have got residence card valid from 10-10-2012 so i(non-eu) and my wife have been working since that time but my wife has been working more than 5 years..I intend to study at the University full time next year(2015-2016) at a programme which lasts 9 months, but after that programme i would like to do MSC degree(2016-2017).During the this period i will be working part-time so my question is what are the affects of studying 2 years and working part-time on my future permanant visa.because my residence card expiries in 2017 and i need to apply for EEA4..what do your guys advice me to do?

What you (non EEA) do is irrelevant for your PR. It's the EEA national actions that matter.
