what should I do in this case ? On EEA application

I had studen visa valid till June 2015.
I applied spouse visa in June 2013 and received acknowledgement letter after three days.
In November 2013 Home office officers made raid to my house where they found me and my wife together with my brother in-law as he was one of the witness of our marriage.
They told reason to visit our property that we made spouse visa application and start asking question and answering about our relation.
After almost one and half hour they left and after three days we received application with refusal letter. They put lot of nonsense things and some extra sentences what even we didn't mention during their question. We lodge appeal against their decision to first tribunal on December 2013 which was listed in July 2014.
An immigration team again made raid to to our home to search that if we still live together.
Before one day of the hearing at 4pm we received fax that sectry of state has withdrawn their original decision so we do not need to attend the court as our file has sent Back to caseworker for further action.
After one and half month we receive a letter from interview team to attend the interview in Liverpool. We went there on the day but they said they can not take the interview as we didn't not confirm to them that we will attend the interview but our Soliciter show proof to them for confirmation but they did not accept so another one and half maonth waist and then we went agin with new date. They asked about 150 to 200 questions same from both of us. At the end of interview they told us our application has been refuse with the reason that 6 question are not matched so they believe the relation is not genuine. They arrest me on the spot as they didn't gave me right to Appel. So they took the passport of my wife and they said to her she has 30 days to leave the country or otherwise she can make the appeal against this but she has no right to work and have to attend immigration office to report that she is still here but they didn't give right the appeal to me and they took me to detention centre ( removel centre )
after I got a letter from them for right of appeal from detention centre so my Soliciter lodge appeal for me and for my wife and he apply bail to chief immigration and he accept my bail and gave me temporary release and they put us on sign in nearest immigration office and both of us have no right to work. Our hearing listed in January 2015. In the end of October an immigration team again visited our property they search us and left. Now we are home prisoner and waiting for next plan of home office .
