Hey ,
So my situation is as follows .
I already applied for an EEA2 Residence card as an unmarried partner even though we havent been living together for 2 years . But after application I've bought a house in me and my partners name .
Now the question I have is : Is it possible for me to get a driving license with my passport and a COA ?
Is it possible for me to get married to my partner ? Will UKBA cause any problems (showing up on the day of my marriage in front of our friends and family

)

My partner got a provisional driving license before he even applied for EEA2 with his passport which had an EEA family permit in it and proof of address here.
No idea about the marriage. We got our civil partnership before we entered the UK.

Oh dear. I'm not sure. How about going to the Driver and Vehicle Agency (or whatever it is called in your area) or calling them and seeing what they say? It might be ok as you have the COA? We live in Northern Ireland and we went to the Driver and Vehicle Agency here (it was a little far away but it worked out ok as a day trip) and he applied for the provisional license on the spot (of course, he had the family permit).
Hope you get some better answers soon!

Yes I will try and do that

I was considering a church wedding rather than one at the register office. I've heard UKBA normally doesnt show up for Church Weddings.
