Processing Time EEA Family Permit

Hi!

I applied for EEA FP on 24 November 2014 in Oslo, Norway. As per processing time on UK immigration website is 10 working days. So its going to be 10 days tomorrow but when i check then status online they are saying application received by UKVI for decision. So what i need to do next?

Is there any person from Norway who experienced same way.....

Plz can any one let me know plzzzzzz is that normal or they make decision with in deadlines .. what i need to do ... kindly share you experience ........
