fHi everybody, i am planning to get married with Eu-citizen. rthe question is i am not am non-citizen and her she is Eu-citizen Polish citizen and we re planning to live in the Uk ,and the problem is she is not living , she works and live in poland .i want to know how we can proceed to make family permit and if she must be there in the Uk and working there or this is not important ,

u can only apply through eu route if she is present in uk and exercising treaty rights

Marry her in Poland then she is free to go to any EU country and take yu with her.
