Getting married with Eu citizen on general visitor visa

hHi everybody , i am in the Uk with general visitor visa and i am planning to get married with my finacee while i am here inhere in the Uk , she is from Poland , my question is if this is possible or not and how should i do , plz help me i dont know what to do
