ROR Refused - a representative to attend my hearing -- costs

Hi all,

My retained right of residence was rejected and I would like to appeal against the UKBA's decision and was thinking to have a legal representative, but am not fully aware of the legal market here in the UK. How much does it cost to have a lawyer to represent me? I know it might be hard to give me a precise quote, therefore a range would be good.

Look forward to hearing from you!
Many thanks

What was the reason for the refusal? Lots of help available here for free.

On the date of divorce my former EEA national spouse was not working in the UK. What kind of help is free here?

Free help on the forum if you ask questions lots of knowledgeable members can give you advice. Have a look at the link below. I am not totally familiar with the EU routes and will move your post to the relevant forum where you might get better advice.

It would help if you posted the exact wording of the refusal.

I agree that it will be helpful to state the reasons first.

What was your ex-wife doing? Working is not the only way to exercise treaty rights.
