I am applying PR after retaining of rights
As I had my RC on my old passport but I have now new passport.
I can not find old one but new and current one is available
Is it ok if only send current one?
As according to law current passport should be enough but HO asked in application send old passport on which you entered in the UK.
Would there be any problems?

if you cannot provide them with your previous passport then you have to tell them the reason of it. Therefore, attaching the copy of that passport with police passport lost report may be sufficient.

Thanks for reply,I do not think it lost outside it must be at home but can not find.. As long as I am aware I do not have to send old one any way.i have got new and current one.
Old one seen by HO anyway when RC was issued 5 years back..
