I'm Asking behalf of my friend he is dutch also have PR card he on only brother in back home india depend on him he every expens for last two years send money every month to brother bank account from uk they commicasion through emil/skype/what's up he pay his educational cost living expence etc. his brother is 20years age.
In uk his got 3bed house living with his wife & 1kid.
Earring good amaount of money as self-empolyed.
What are chances for his brother to get EEA permit from india
What documents will need?

Although rules are strict in other family member's case but He can try applying for FP from India as long you can prove that he has been dependant on you financially and socially and he does not have any family to look after in India.
