What are the criteria to marry EU citizen. My current Uk visa is expiring end of next month. Me and my girlfriend are planning to get married soon. I need some help with the treaty rights. Does she have to be in full time employment or part time will do as she is on part time at the moment. Also she is on some benifits, does she have to stop them, for me to apply for the visa.
Please advise

-an EEA national can exercise treaty rights as a part-time employee.
