Hi Gurus

I need some advice on exercise treaty for EU member please some body can help me to understand please here is short story

We both arrived September 2009 to UK ( Hungarian & Indian)
Got Married in July 2011 ( EU national )
we both Received Resident permit in October 2011 ( EEA1 & EEA2 )
My wife applied Permanent resident 2014
My wife Permanent Resident received on 02 December 2014
Child born on 18 December 2014
My Wife on Maternity Leave until October 2015

Now my question is once EU member received Permanent resident and not working anymore in future, is there any effect on my application in future when it come to apply for EEA4 in 2016 ? The reason I am asking because we have new baby girl and I want her to look after the child. At the moment with my salary I can support and afford all the household expenses without needing any kind of benefit.

Do I have to show evidence of EU member (wife ) working on that time in 2016 when I will apply my PR ?

I hope you understand what I want to ask

Thank you,

If your EU national partner has already received her PR then she no longer need to exercise her treaty rights and therefore you will simply need to complete your 5 years.

Only EU national's 5 years of employment history will need and once eea3 PR will be issued then only eea3 PR card will need to send along with your eea4 PR application instead of sending again the treaty rights. Your employment history is irrelevant.

An original officially issued employment history by HMRC confirming relevant dates should be acceptable. UKBA do recognize employment history.
