Apendix 2 Query

Hello forum members, I am making an EEA FAMILY PERMIT application for my kids who are 14 and 12 years, are they required to fill in appendix 2 as well. Please some one help me.

I once applied for my kid, but do not remember what appendix 2 is about? Could you clarify what the questions are???

Don't know what you mean by Appendix 2 query??? I've never seen it in the EEA Family Permit application.
