1.PLEASE,am about posting my EEA2 and EEA1 application but am bit confused here if my wife the EEA national employment hours will be enough for my application cox she is working 6hours aweek,
2.is it mandatory to translate my children birth certificate to english

There is no transparent guideline that how many hours an EEA national need to undertake but since the time UK has made tight the benefits system from 1st march 2014 they recognise a minimum of 24 hours/£150 PW in order to justify that the work is genuine and effective. Read below:

The EU citizen can alternatively be considered "self sufficient" if they have enough savings and are covered by private health insurance.
