hello every one ...
my query is i applied for EEA2 RC last month December 2014....
and iv received COA letter as well (with rights to work in UK)
and my partner submitted passport to HO for proceed EEA2 application , even she has European ID card as well

now my partner she want to go back her own European country for a month and she can travel abroad on her European ID card.

just wondering to know is there any problem or can HO refused or any put any objection in our Application if she go outside the UK during our pending EEA2 application .

No problem at all if she will come back after a month.

Your partner's travel will have no impact on your application made on form EEA2.
