Hi my wife is an EEA Member who has been in country since 2005 and has a Permanent resident from Home office we has a british citizen baby 15months old, after she finished her maternity we decided she will look after the baby and i will look after the family.

i have 2 months visa left on my EEA2 visa and i am eligible for an EEA4 (PR) application.

we were not aware of CSI (our bad we didnt keep up to date with new laws)

my wife has registered herself with jobcentre now and i am looking for CSI even though i am confused by it.

In your other thread you didn't tell that your EU partner has permanent residence

If she has PR then no CSI need.
