PR Confused

hi everyone I hope someone help me here,my question is can i apply PR after the marriage date or i need to complete 5 years of my visa,i am little confused about that.i was married on nov 2009 but my RC was issued after 1 year, so on my marriage side i complete 5 years but on the visa side i still have 1 year left,please can any one tell me about this.
can i apply my PR now or after 1 year many thanks.

sorry one more thing i forget right now i am on ROR which was given me from the HO of another 5 years.so do i need to wait for another 1 year or i can apply now.

You can apply for PR after 5 years of your marriage,
So if you got married Nov 2009, then your 5 years - Nov 2014.
When you retain your rights, HO will issue new 5 years residence permit,
So for you to apply for PR, you'll need to submit your ex's proof of exercising treaty rights prior divorce (Decree Absolute) and your proof after divorce.

Thanks for this Arthur,it's means I am eligible for PR now.so it's means after marriage's 5 years not from visa.thanks for the information I will apply as soon as possible with all documents.
