Docs for ROR Application?

Hi Guys,

Any of the gurus can help me? I have a problem.
We've been married for almost 4 years but we're now divorced.
She's moved in with her new boyfriend.
I have almost 4 years evidence of her excising treaty rights, copies of her bank statements, and copies of the tenancy agreements. However, she's refusing to provide me with her passport/ID card. I still have photocopy of her old/expired ID we used in applying for the residence card.

Will the above-mentioned docs be enough to proceed with the ROR application?
What form do i used in applying - the same form i used in applying for the resident card?
Should i include the photocopy of the expired ID card?

Thanks!

Hi Fannypop,

You don't need your ex passport/ID to apply for RoR,

If you your ex's 4 years treaty rights proof and tenancy agreements with utility bills, then you have a good chance of retaining your rights.
If your ex is employed make sure you provide payslips for the period of divorce proceedings. If she is self-employed - invoices, bank statements, NIC statement, Tax Returns, Accountant's letter.

Good luck!
