Need help for retain right of residence

I'm non-eea citizen married to my wife, an eea, over three years but our relationship broke down. She just got PR right before our petition. She's not willing to give me any kind of documents to support my application for ROR what I have is an expired of her passport and a copy of her PR. I'm wondering if it's any chance for me to retain right of residence?
