Do i qualify for PR

hello everyone,
pls kindly advice me on what to do. i and my eea national started living together from dec 2010, we got married in march 2011 and resident card was issued in aug 2011. the marriage ended in dec 2014. am currently in the university and the pressure is a bit much due to the break down. can i apply for PR and can anyone tell me what to do next as the total number of years lived together is 4 year.i have every document of her working from the onset till present.

You cannot apply for PR, as you have not acquired a 5 years residence.

The most you can hope for is Retention of Residence, which you can only acquire after divorce.

thank obie....must it be exact 5 year or can 4 years and 3 month apply for PR? this year will make it 5 year we have been from 2010 dec to 2015 dec.

U will b qualify in 2016 after 5 years married so u married 2011 so after 5 years from ur marriage . Better for apply for retain the right as obie told u .

thanks maxmelion... which should I use for retain right..eea 2 or eea4?
