Hello all,
If a non-eu national has got indefinite leave after completing 10 years of legal residence with the mixture of students visa, work visa and EU family member (eea2). Then after getting ILR then in order to proceed to naturalizations after one year, does non-eu national still need EU national treaty rights even after getting ILR?? And how about if non-eu national now divorcing EU national partner then does this affect his eligibility for naturalizations and travelling outside UK without escorting with EU national???

No. Treaty rights are not needed after PR or ILR.

After ILR you are not dependant anymore.
