EEA Family Permit Conditions

I need some advice please....
I will be travelling to the UK with my EU partner to visit my sister who works there for 10 days from Slovakia. I need to find out if it is ok if my EU partner leaves earlier and I stay for the duration of the 10 days ? Is this allowed ? Will I get into trouble ? I know the EEA family permit one have to travel together, but my EU partner cannot stay for the 10 days as she has work commitments. My EU partner will even fly to "pick me up" so that we can leave together.
