hi friends my brother in law is planing to apply his PR who is an EU national
can anybody help me to explain him what is require for that
he is exercising his treaty rights from last 5 years continuous under same employer
does he need English language test or life in the UK test ?

Language or LIUK tests are only required if you want to naturalise as a British Citizen.
