PR Application

Hi All,

just a few quick questions.

Background: I am just about to apply for PR, having lived in the UK for nine years now (first two years as a minor, depending on EEA Sponsor (parent) with a blue registration certificate. I myself do not have one).
I have been to school, college and University and have worked on and off since being of legal working age here in England.
I have only acquired CSI at the end of 2014.

Question 1: Is it more sensible to apply on grounds of being a dependant of an EEA National exercising Treaty rights throughout, or as self-sufficient person/ student having worked and studied as well?
-If not, which would be the most suiting route for me to take?

Question 2: If applying on grounds of worker/student status, can application be refused due to not having CSI throughout the 'qualifying period' of five years, although having being living, working and studying in the UK for nine years now?

Looking forward to replies!

Thanks a lot
