New PR and Some Advice

Hi everyone,
I am new in this forum. I would like to seek for an advice. I am about to apply for my PR as a non EU family of the EEA that already obtain British citizen via 6 years of residency without a PR card, but qualified as Exercise treaty right. My partner as been working since 2006 till now, but in 2012 we had housing benefit because of my low income and she is on maternity leave while we claimed housing benefit, working tax and child tax.

I would like to know if all these claims will affect my PR?, also in the new PR forms at section 9 stated that if your sponsor has permanent resident certificate, you don't have to fill the rest of the forms at the no 9 section, but the question is that does the Naturalization certificate counts as a permanent resident as my wife does not apply for PR card but only obtained the Citizenship via 6 years of treaty rights.?

MY second question, if I eventually grant the PR,can I apply citizenship as my partner already Became British citizen or do I need to wait for another 12 months to apply? looking forward to your advice.

Many Thanks
Martins

No reason make u apply for pr as ur wife is british citizen once u complete 5 years u can apply for british citizen nd what i understood from this forum if u wife lived in uk 5 continuos years so she automaticly obained pr nd eea3 only officially confirm it so british citizen also could be used as an official confirmation but the problem they might as u for the number of her pr which in citizenship no numbers .
