Hi all,

Please have a look at the attched file of Section 4&5 page 17 (supporting documents) of form AN.

I am an EEA national who will be applying for naturalisation without a Permanent Residence card on the basis of claiming Treaty Rights.

Just to confirm: am I reading section 5 correctly that EEA citizens just need a passport when they are providing it along with "all" the Treaty Rights claims documents?

SECTION 5 Evidence of freedom from immigration time restrictions: required for all applicants except those covered by SECTION 4 above ...

yes/no (because) answer would do.

Big thanks.

please stop opening many thread.

I am getting increasingly annoyed by this.

Try and consolidate everything in one post.

Sorry Obie,

I did not know that this is a policy.

I was doing it to make searching threads clearer (one topic one title) for the people that would search my posts after me.

Sorry again, will be consolidating as much as it is logical from now on.
