Hello,

Firstly, thanks to everyone for the very detailed and useful information that is being shared on this forum.

I am exploring the process of application for EEA Family Member (unmarried partner) to go live and work with my partner in the UK. I’ve done a lot of reading but I still have some question and so I will try to explain my situation as clearly as possible in order to get the best advice.

•I am a Ukrainian citizen
•Studied in UK for two years under Tier 4
•Graduating August 2015, hence allowed to stay 4 months after
•My partner is a Spanish citizen, living in the UK for over 5 years & working
•We are not married, not fiancés, have no children
•We have lived together for 6 month, but have proof (bills, council) only of 2 months cohabitation
•Tier 4 allows me to stay in the UK until mid December, 2015

I have read that durability of relationship is judged based on evidence of cohabitation, evidence of joint finances and/or evidence of joint responsibility for children. We have no join accounts, no children and evidence of cohabitation that will be covering approximately 10 months.

Do I still qualify as a durable/civil partner of a EEA national?
I will be thankful for any advice or piece of information
