Hi Guys,

I am stucked, I have lost my passaport with my recent application of EEA residence card, I have already the Police Report.

I was told by someone who had lost their passport with visa, and He told me that I need to reapply for the EEA residence card instead of Home Office Reissue the visa.


Have one of you guys be on this situation?

Yes you have to apply new RC with supporting documents
There is no re issue policy under EU regulations
