Hello, I need some information plz. I am a British citizen currently working in Ireland. I have been financially supporting my brother for sometime, he is in Pakistan. My brother is married and has one son. I want to sponsor him and his family through eea fp extended family member route but some one told me that I cannot sponsor him because he is married. There is a very slim chance of getting EEA fp visa. Can any one kindly give me some detailed info regarding this.

I think your case is a bit complicated, first, you will have to prove that you have been supporting your brother with bank statements or money orders sent to him, now the most complicated step is that you cannot be EEA national and British national at the same time, I explain
An EEA national is defined in regulation 2 of the immigration
Regulations 2006 as a national of an EEA state who is not also a British citizen.
That means that they will apply the British immigration rules in your brother's case, I think, unless I'm very much mistaken, maybe someone else can comment on this
