Self Employed & Treaty Rights ( help Needed)

Dear Members and Friends....

I have question regarding treaty rights for EEA national being Self Employed.

My wife is employed now but she exercised her treaty rights for 2 years being self employed and have got documents of self assessment
and Invoices and Employer Contract.

My question is that She has her self employed address registered at her mother place other than our address of current residence.
We just had that address to show as Business address to be different.

Would that be a problem to provide evidence to HO for treaty rights?

Any guidance would be appreciated.

does not matter if your business address is different from home address but you have to declare your home address on your self assessment so hmrc should know your home address.

Thanks for ur Reply Imshzd , I am not sure that HMRC has our Home Address on Self Assessment but , Letter from Accountant and Employer Contracts and Invoices does states Home Address as well as Business Address. Should we call HMRC and update the home address as well or Its too late as I am about to submit my Application.

Business address if different from home address thats a common think.
At which address you received your NI bills or hmrc letters?
If you received NI bills and selt assessment statements at your home address then this is fine.

You should have to inform hmrc about your home address and business address so hmrc billled you at your home address.
As you are saying that the letters clearly saying your business and home address so thats fine.

Thanks Again for ur Reply and Time...

Letters from Employer Contracts and Invoices and Letter from Account states Both Business and Home Address But HMRC correspondence is only at Business Address.
Actually I asked my accountant and She says Its fine but she has requested HMRC to update both addresses on HMRC letters and Correspondence.

Thanks
