My son born 2004 in UK so he is British citizen,
and I am form Hong Kong hold British passport overseas . Me and my son back to Hong Kong
since 2005, but my divorced was 2009.
Share custody of my son.
And now I want send my son back to UK for study,
just wondering can I apply EEA inside of the UK ?

EU route is not applicable to you.

You can apply as the main carer of a british citizen , but not through any EEA route. (I hope you have custody of the child ?)

And I dont understand why people keep mentioning the overseas british citizen thing . Its useless. Think of it as a blank sheet of paper its not gonna help you in anyway with your application.
