I just recently got my ROR after divorce, my RC which was issued 2011 is about to expire by 2016 and before I must have stayed 1 yr on my ROR so am due to apply for PR by middle of next year. Please I would want to know the documents needed for this application(PR). Am I still required to submit any document relating to my ex-wife treaty right?. I would really need some kind of help as time flies so quick these days.

You would only able to obtain a PR card now if you can submit proof of exercising Treaty rights from your ex-wife during the years of your marriage, and then proof of yourself exercising Treaty rights after the divorce to bring that up to the 5 years. The question is can you obtain that proof from your ex-wife?

I was thinking since I have divorced already and gotten my ROR I do not need anything from her to continue my life here.

Because obtaining ROR only need treaty right during divirce procedure and proof of 1 year living in the uk, you will need to provide all your ex docs up to the date of divorce and then your treaty right for your time under ROR. If you don't have your ex docs then simply use your new RC for 5 years and apply with your docs only!
