EEA1-EEA2 payment error:returning application or fresh one?

Hi,

My wife (Brazilian) and I (Spanish) applied for EEA2 & EEA1 together couple of weeks ago, and received the application back at home yesterday: payment didn't go through (HSBC says HO used an incorrect security code).

So now we are planning to send back the application tomorrow that has been returned to us (this time, with postal orders!).

My question is: should we send that application forms as they are (front pages have a barcode with the ID assigned by HO, pictures are stapled...), or start from scratch with fresh, new applications?

Thanks!

They must have sent you the letter instructing you what to do?

They say: "If you still wish to make an application, please ensure that you include the appropriate fee and send it to the address as given on the application form".

Not clear to me if I should use the current one or a new one.

If you wish then can fill new application form otherwise if the details/circumstances have not been changed then simply change the payment page only. In both cases there won't be any difference.

I will send the application pack as is with just a new payment type as postal order.
