Hi everyone,

I would be grateful if anyone can advice/suggest on this issue or if anyone has experienced this before.
I have Retention Of Rights (ROR) valid till 2020 but I already qualified for PR this year (2015) just that I needed to secure this ROR first. I just need to know if I should apply for permanent residence card based on 4 years ex treaty rights documents plus 1 year of my own work documents and it is refused, what will happen to my ROR card. Will my ROR still be valid or will it be cancelled?
Many thanks for any advice and suggestions.

Hi All, I'll be very very please for some help on this ….

First Question
I Brazilian did come to UK August 2007, then i met a italian girl… We get married on 14 july of 2011; been leaving together since we married, she is working in UK as waiter and me registered and paying taxs as Self-Employed and our relation wasn't going well then we decide for divorce as she has another person now. We got our divorce certificate done last week. I'm very worrying if i Can apply to remain in UK on my own and retain my residence card? Also when i can apply to PR? (if yes)..

Second… Absence???

As i get married in 14 of july 2011 i have been issue if my residence card in 13 of june 2012.
so my ABSENCE was from
28 dez 2012 to 11 april 2013
10 of may 2013 to 15 of 2014
but been paying taxs for all gaps and wife was here working as well...

perhaps you should seek legal assistance.

myself and others have given you lots of advise, but it seems like that advise has not satisfied you.
