Called the home office today and was told that a decision was made only a couple of hours before i called. They said if i don't receive anything by Monday/Tuesday to give them a call back. Just feeling worried and thinking its another refusal and not my RC because surely they can't process my application and get my passport back by Monday unless its a refusal letter which is generated and received quicker than actual RC.

Nervous and worrying time ahead I think.

Be positive..RC is does not take time either as just to generate a sticker and paste on the passport,matter of minutes..
By the way what was your time line?

Rc Application received by HO:11 June 2014
RC Refused:31 July
Appealed in August
Hearing Date set for:31 January 2015
January 31 case was remitted back to the HO because of unlawful decision and a lawful decision to be made
18 April 2015 got determination from the FTT about appeal allowed to the extent for a lawful decision to be made
28 May phone HO about the progress of my case and was told a decision was made a couple of hours ago and if nothing herd by them shortly to check back with them on Tuesday

Been a long journey but hope it is RC

Good news i hope just phoned the HO and they gave me a tracking number for a signed delivery. Solicitor said its good news cause they only send documents with signed delivery so guessing its my RC so good news and good luck to you guys waiting.
