Hi members,
I'm family member of EEA national (i'm non-EEA national) and going to apply for EEA2 resident card. Do I have to pay NHS contribution? If yes, then how much I have to pay? I'm very confuse about this thing. Please guide me. Because when i went to the website to pay NHS contribution there was no any option for EEA family member, only these options were available.
1) Discretonary Leave
2) Further Leave to remain-FLR
3) Further Leave to remain Other -FLR (O)
4) PBS Dependant (Tiers 1,2 and 5)
5) Tier 1
6) Tier 2
7) Tier 2 PBS Dependant
8 ) Tier 4
9) Tier 5

could you please help me.....

i'm really confused....

Do I have to pay NHS contribution?
No, you do not have to pay the NHS surcharge.

https://www.gov.uk/healthcare-immigrati ... eed-to-pay
When you don’t have to pay or get an IHS reference number
You don’t need to get an IHS reference number or pay the healthcare surcharge if:
you’re a family member of a European national with European Union treaty rights
