Marriage with EEA national

Hi all members
I need advise for one of my friend from senior members for below questions
I'm married with EU National and it has more that two years of my marriage, I have also got status,I would like to ask that if divorce proceedings are started before the three years of marriage but when the divorce is finalised it would have more than three years of marriage so would I be able to retain right of residency because technically we are married until divorce is finalised.
Secondly I would like to ask that does the leaves to remain under EEA National is counted in continues residency as a 10 years long residency.
Please advise accordingly
