hi every one i would ask you some thing that am polish national i went to registery office and home office came there and they arrested to me in suspence of sham marriage and took my id card and passport still am reporting to solihull reporting center..i want to get back my one of id how i can get it .....

Instead you asking here why you didn't ask them the procedure to get back your ID card? Sham marriages increasing day by day and anyone either eu national itself or its coordinating agent all will not be eligible for UK citizenship in future under UKBA good character requirements.

i asked to them already but they say we cannot do any thing bez you must talk to croyden office .........

Its not as simple as just asking your id back.

They will not return it. If it is proved that you were infact doing a sham marriage, you will be sent back home.

Then speak to Croydon office. Just for information what happened to non-eu bride/groom and agent involved (if any)

but my appeal is pending its not a sham marriage am living with my partner i need a id for my job they took both my id cards

I guess then they may not return until finalize the case fully. But if you have English birth certificate/driving licence then may satisfy your employer.
