Hi, we apply for my wife EEA family permit last 29-Apr-2015 (I'm Spanish and she is Venezuelan), and her passport is still in the UK Visa and Emigration Center, she set her Biometrics on the 16-May-2015 but we have not receive the Certificate of Application.

It is normal to wait for so long for the Certificate of Application?
How long can take to have the EEA family permit?
Went we can claim back her passport?
Can she come back to the UK if the visa stamped on her passport expired?

Te lo devolverán a la dirección que pusiste en la aplicación. De todas formas te aconsejo que no hagas las solicitudes por ti mismo y que te lo haga un abogado. Un error te puede costar muy caro. Y más ahora que están denegando recursos de apelación. Un saludo.
