UK Visa Indian citizen married Spanish citizen

Hi,
I am a Spanish citizen living and working in London the last 2 years, I will get marry next August with my fiance who is an Indian citizen living and working in Dubai the last 5 years.
We would like to know the procedure and requirements to get his visa and he come to live and work to London as soon as possible. I think this will be easier once we get marry. I can't find the properly information by internet, is different options and all this make me confused.
