Most of the lawyers usually have equal or slightly above knowledge than an ordinary person has and it very well depends on an individual person himself. A lot cases if a person has average English level, full consciousness, read policy guideline and forum especially members experience can prepare his own case without any assistance. Remember, a lawyer can maximum help to organize & prepare the case from the same information or evidence which an individual person supply, nothing else. A person himself can prepare his own case and it is not possible that if one solicitor is best fit for first one then he/she will be fit for the second/third as well?

Thanks Ukba and Max
I am fairly educated person. I believe i can file my own case. Even though my case might not be that straight forward, i can only provide so much of documents to the lawyer.
I will go my own way. One thing i want to ask though. I agree that i have break in CSI for my spouse which dims the Self Sufficiency clause. but hey i am well educated, strong earner, being working for past five years, national of a decent country, have children's going to well reputed schools, i am paying there activities and equally sharing them.
I believe my case is not that bad and even if it is that's all i have, any suggestions ?
Thanks

I suggest The Complicated Banana legal Company, or The Stormy Meerkat solicitors.
