Retained Right (ROR)

Hello guys,please I am confused about the retained right duration,I have been living in the uk since 2011 and got married in 2013 and got my Rc same year which will be 3 years next year but due to issues in the marriage,we are thinking of divorce but the question is,if I apply for retained right, will it be for the concluding part of my rc or will have to get another five years?

Don't make more than one member id because it affects the quality and standards of forum.

The OP has only got one user id. The other member you are referring to and where you made the same comment also only has one user id. Probably just a coincidence of two successive posts by different users which are similar.
