Hello!
I am a British national, my family members are non EEA national with EU Fam RC card 5 year duration from Eastern European EU country. Can you pl tell me -
1) if they can travel with me to UK without visa - if so how long they can stay in UK
2) I understand that for medical reason or study reason Non EU national RC holder can stay longer time. How long is longer time - if the study takes years or more than 5 years. And can qualify for Settlement status after 5 years where he was issued RC card (absence almost 5 years while studying in other EU country than RC holder country).
