Hi Guys;

I am a Asian and my wife is European and we applied for Resident Card and Qualified Person Registration on February. My wife's application was in July. In June she got a better job and moved to new place and we forgot to inform the UKBA about this change of employment. Case worker has called to her previously employed place and try to confirm her employment, because she have left the job the application is refused. Because her application is refused my application is also refused. We got the appeal and re-applying oppertunity but wanted to know which could be the best choice to go for?

Thank you so much for the help.

Hello Patrick ,

I had a similar situation I just received the decision this week , only that my wife was not working at all and she has been working for a while now and no case worker contacted her, we decided to resubmit a new application since that's what the home office advised , what did you do about your case?
