permanent residence

Hello to everyone, I hope someone can help me.. I got married nov. 2010 to an eea national, but we got separated last yr of nov. 2014, this coming november I will be applying hopefully my permanent residence, but my ex husband is still out of the country and returning this end of aug., in total he will outside uk for 3 months, that means no tax for 3 months and he has no job when he come back but hopefully we ll find soon before I apply my pr, my question is: if he find job by october will it be wise if i apply my permanent residence this november? Or wait at least 6 months? My visa will expire april 2016.... thank you
