EEA application refusal appeal

Dear all,

Can any one advice me on my situation. I have m court hearing for my appeal on EEA depend-ant application on this month end. My application was refused initially saying that my wife did not produce enough evidence as being financially active. It has been 14 months since I have applied. I applied in April 2014 and now I got an appeal hearing this month end. Our relationship is genuine and we have been living together since long. We have a beautiful baby girl now who is 5 months old. We are very much self sustained. We both
work looking after our baby and managing our work well. I have submitted all the evidence to my solicitor including the business bank statements, payslips, invoices, letter from the client, all necessary documents like bank statements, utility bills etc from the past till date. We also pay all the taxes including council tax,NI and Income tax.

I am little paranoid at the moment. Its an oral appeal. I have never ever been to court in my life. It makes me nervous and worried at the same time. How will that day be? will the decision be in my favor. I have already waited for more than 15 months now. Will they drag in more further?

Please advise!
Many thanks

Your solicitor could have saved you the hassle by putting in another application , which I believe would have been dealt with by now.

No he has not done this yet. I have my appeal on this month end as you might have read. What are the chances of my appeal to be in my favor?

In light of the fact that we have no means of seeing or assessing the quality of the evidence you will be providing, it will be hard to assess the prospect of success.

Only your lawyer can do that.

However if the issue relating to the refusal has been addressed, I see no reason why you will not succeed in your appeal.

Thank you Obie. Yes your right, I have submitted all the relevant documents which serve the ground for my stand against the HO decision.
